Return & Refund Policy

Return EligibilityItems can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Original tags and packaging must be intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Sale Item ReturnsSale items are returnable within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping costs for sale items are non-refundable. 
- 
Non-Returnable ItemsWe do not accept returns on personalized products, custom-made items, intimate apparel, swimwear, perishable goods, downloadable software, digital products, or gift cards.

Initiating a ReturnLog into your account to select items for return. Choose a reason and print the provided return label. 
- 
Packaging ReturnsUse original packaging when possible. Include all accessories and free gifts received with the product. 
- 
Shipping ReturnsAttach the return label to your package. Drop off the package at the specified carrier location. 
- 
Refund ProcessRefunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing takes 3-5 business days after we receive the return. We’ll notify you by email when your refund is processed.

ExchangesFor a different size or color, return the item for a refund and place a new order for faster processing. 
- 
Return Shipping CostsCustomers are responsible for standard return shipping costs. We provide free return shipping for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Damaged or Defective ItemsReport these within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost. 
- 
Late or Missing RefundsIf you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, check your bank account again. Contact your bank if the refund is missing. If unresolved, contact our customer service.

Gift ReturnsItems marked as gifts at purchase will receive a gift credit. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

Partial RefundsWe may issue partial refunds for items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use. 
- 
Large Item ReturnsA 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of large appliances or furniture. 
- 
Holiday ReturnsWe may offer extended return periods during holiday seasons. 
- 
Brand-Specific PoliciesSpecial return conditions may apply to items from specific brands or categories. 
- 
Right to Refuse ReturnsWe reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy requirements.
